What is your mission?
- As a Customer Care Champion, you will be working with our Largest Online Booking Account.
- To deliver outstanding customer experience through phone and email.
- You will be the first point-of-contact to handle and resolve customer concerns.
Minimum Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
- Completed at least 2 years in college.
- With at least one (1) year blended customer service experience (voice and non-voice) in the BPO industry.
- Can work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City or Sheridan, Mandaluyong City.
