Job Description
Tanda is currently looking for a developer solely focused on making improvements to internal systems and processes
General responsibilities:
- Automating internal processes such as reporting,etc.
- Building out integrations between internal Tanda systems
- System Administrator of internal Tanda systems
Some tasks to initially work on:
- Automate reporting for sales to billing to growth
- Configure integrations between systems, for example:
- Salesforce and Intercom in order to have messages go from intercom into the corresponding account in Salesforce
- Tanda and Salesforce to ensure the billing data from Tanda goes to Salesforce accounts in notes
- Set up reports and graphs in grow.com from data from Salesforce
- New internal system set ups, e.g. we recently just rolled out Facebook Workplace and are in the process of rolling out Salesforce
- Build automated reports for tracking customer health metrics
- Lots more
Minimum Qualifications
- Communicate both verbally and written to an excellent standard
- Create systems and develop to an excellent standard
- Work autonomously on productive projects with little direction
- Look beyond symptoms to find the root cause of issues
- 1-3 years experience in web development
