Job Description
We is looking a for part-time experienced, talented Digital Content and Channel Specialist to join their marketing team. Digital Content and Channels Specialist is responsible for driving a successful 360 social strategy across owned channels (currently: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, Twitter, and Discord) for talinoX and its products. This role will manage the brand's digital editorial calendar and content creation, community management, social media advertising as well as influencer relations and activation. The Digital Content and Channels Specialist is an expert on social platforms and measures success by analyzing KPI metrics regularly. Together with the Marketing Director, their goal is to create a strategy that drives awareness, customer acquisition, and community engagement while best representing the talinoX in the digital space.
Daily Responsibilities of the Digital Content and Channels Specialist:
- Social Media Calendar and Content Creation
- Develop social platform strategy and structure, ensure monthly content calendar represents brand’s priorities from product to tentpole.
- Collaborate with the marketing and tech team to stay abreast of important news and achievements around talinoX and its products, allowing the development of reactive content.
Community Management
- Create a 100% community management strategy - reach 100% responsiveness on comments & replies, reach 100% responsiveness on mentions, and scale proactive community management on all owned social media channels, especially on Discord.
- Manage various strategies to grow community and engagement such as Giveaways, Q&As, Proactive Outreach, etc.
- Social Media Advertising
- Execute social media advertising strategies on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Discord to showcase talinoX and its products and marketing campaigns. Scope includes creative, targeting, and budgeting.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, in communications, marketing or business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of social media experience
- Interest in fields related to fintech and web3
- A self-starter able to adapt quickly to changes in priorities and multi-task multiple projects.
- Able to prioritize and manage time effectively, and balance competing demands and priorities in a very fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and writing skills.
- Professional and diplomatic style with a positive manner, attention to detail, and a ‘can-do attitude.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel required.
- Advanced proficiency on Instagram, Facebook, Facebook Ad Manager, Youtube, Twitter, and Discord required
