Job Description
- Answers (phone/e-mails/SMS) in a timely, accurate and courteous manner
- Investigates complaints received from client/agent and suggests alternative solution to Manager;
- Handles Ingenium edits due to amendments
- Prepares letters using LWS, manual letters, and bank certifications
- Processes refunds of overpayments, APS Payments, Check Payments, Return to Sender (RTS), CAS Preparation and refund letters
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- Should possess good communication skills both written and verbal
- No work experience required.
