Job Description
Overview
This position is mainly responsible for monitoring, reviewing, and processing performance appraisals of regular employees.
About the Role
A. Performance Appraisal Administration
- Design and calibrate Performance Appraisal Forms (PAFs)
- Draft or revise performance appraisal forms, as necessary
- Monitors the conduct of annual performance appraisal of employees and consolidate the accomplished PAFs
- Performs review and validation and computes overall rating rating of employee PAFs
B. Record Keeping and Reports Generation
- Maintains and updates the Performance Appraisal Inventory Report
- List possible performance gap findings based on the reviewed PAFs
- Submit these findings alongside possible recommendations or suggestions
C. Workplace Learning and Support Functions
- Identify technical or behavioral competencies for employee improvement based on the reviewed PAFs
- Consolidate recommended or required trainings
- Arrange training recommendations and submits the report to the HR Manager
- Provide support and assistance in the preparation of trainings and in processing training requests
Minimum Qualifications
To be a successful candidate, you should have….
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Behavioral Science or any IT related course
- At least two (2) years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge in data analytics
- Intermediate or advanced Excel skills
- Experienced in Powerpoint
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
