Job Description

The FINANCE AND ADMIN ASSISTANT shall perform his/her role for the ST.LUKE'S MEDICAL CENTER FOUNDATION, INC., a charity and welfare organization dedicated to giving the less fortunate access to quality healthcare. Aside from handling the foundation's financial transactions such as, but not limited to, processing of invoices, vouchers, disbursements, bank deposits, payroll, etc., he/she is expected to assist the Foundation Manager in day-to-day operations and perform administrative tasks essential to the functions of the foundation.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting; graduates of related courses will be considered
2 -3 years well-rounded experience in the same field
Proficient with computers and confident in using MS Office
Organized, flexible, and detail-oriented
Understands the value and importance of charity work
