Senior Game Developer  

As a Senior Programmer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and success of our games. You will be responsible for leading the programming efforts, managing external development teams, and ensuring the highest quality of code. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects and contribute to the evolution of the gaming industry.

• Lead and manage the programming team under the supervision of the technical director, both internally and externally.
• Design, develop, and maintain game systems and features.
• Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and other developers to implement gameplay mechanics.
• Optimize game performance and ensure smooth gameplay experiences.
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues.
• Mentor junior programmers and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Contribute to the technical direction and strategy of the project.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability through best practices and code reviews.
• Participate in combat design and prototyping to create engaging and dynamic combat experiences.

• Proven experience in game development with at least one shipped game title.
• Worked professionally in Unreal-Engine.
• Very comfortable with C++
• Extensive knowledge of Unreal Engine 4/5.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and other relevant programming languages.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage and coordinate with external teams effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in combat design and prototyping.
