Job Description
- Communicates with customers to gather details and/or probe for necessary information (i.e. specific concerns, account details, name etc.) in order to correctly identify and assess customers’ needs
- Manages customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limit;follow up to ensure resolution
- Endorses customers to supervisors or more experienced employees for issues or concerns requiring escalation
- Drafts and composes e-mails/ responses that are clear and concise and ensures that they contain the complete information needed by the client
Minimum Qualifications
- A degree in any 4 year course
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- With excellent English communication skills both spoken and written
- Good communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
