Job Description
- Downloads files from the client’s systems or ftp sites
- Updates the systems as soon as all schedules are okay, indicating all particulars regarding the meet
- Prepares and forwards a proofing transmittal to the clients for checking if there are any
- Emails the client of the received/downloaded files or batches from the system
Minimum Qualifications
- Completed at least 2 years in college
- Willing to work on a fixed graveyard shift
- With excellent English communication skills both spoken and written
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
