Job Description
- Provides voice telecommunications and data network support technical services such as monitoring, maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting; also provides problem resolution and IT solutions based on internal client needs and network support available resources
- Administers and maintains telephone systems, voicemail, Conference Bridge, voice gateways, and telephone switches
- Coordinates with superior and colleagues regarding daily telecoms and network engineering section activities
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering or any IT-related courses
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in maintaining network and security management, and Cisco Call Manager
- Must be knowledgeable in different operating systems such as Windows, Linux and Macintosh
- Must be a CCNA/CCNP licensed
