Job Description
- Develop operation programs for transportation and logistics particularly on transporting passengers from point to point while ensuring that key result areas are achieved which include operational efficiency, quality customer service and cost efficiency
- Manage multiple teams with a total of more than 300 employees
- Develop and improve policies and procedures of Operations
- Develop Time and Motion studies on critical operation procedures
- Provide timely and accurate report to the Management Committee at least once a month
Minimum Qualifications
- With Engineering Background
- At least 5 years of management experience
- Preferably with experience on logistics operation
