Job Description
- Manage a team of Sales Staff for booking transfers and tours for offerings around the Philippines
- Manage the productivity of the Sales Staff team in Makati
- Conduct sales call fieldwork among various clients within Metro Manila
- Manage the relationship with clients by monitoring bookings and providing customer support
- Draft proposals in Chinese and English
- Translate proposals from Chinese to English and vice versa
- Prepare periodic reports to higher management
Minimum Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal)
- Preferably with at least 5 years experience in the Hospitality Industry (Travel and Tours, Hotel)
- With experience and capability in drafting proposals in Chinese and English
- Good people management skills
- Can work under pressure
