Job Description
- Assists in enforcing company policies, business plans, financial targets and service-oriented development strategies and people development.
- Assists in implementing measures to reduce merchandise losses for improved profitability, increases employees consciousness of merchandise security requirements.
- Plans objectives and activities ahead; provides a logical and effective course of action for the department and ensures that established goals are achieved.
- Assigns appropriate responsibilities to subordinates with authority to develop and execute their designated objectives.
- Conceives new creative ideas and techniques; visualized and anticipates new problems; develop practical solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 to 4 years of work experience in the same level
- Experience in retail industry/warehouse set up.
- Strong analytical, planning and leadership skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Applicants from other cities and provinces for multiple assignment locations.
