Job Description
- Prepares and makes necessary requisition of supplies, tools and spare parts for maintenance and facility use.
- Supervises, communicates and works with different suppllers and contractors.
- Supervises the safe-storing/safekeeping of supplies, tools and equipment in its proper position place.
- Prepares and supervises the monthly, semi-monthly, quarterly and annual preventive maintenance schedule/program for all facility equipment such as Gensel. AHU, Split-type Air Con, Forklift, pallet jack, refrigeraUon, Chillers, Pumps, Motors, and other small equlpmeAt/machlne for bakery, Meat, Food Service, etc.
- Executes training program/s to subordinates to upgrade their skills.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 to 2 years relevant work experience in the same level.
- With problem solving skills and reliable.
- Leadership skills.
