Job Description
REPORTS
- Provide support in sales and inventory analysis of RA departments to facilitate formulation of strategies.
- Provide requested reports to RA’s departments such as:
- Daily sales monitoring.
- Monthly sales performance.
- Average amount.
- Vendor performance.
- Other special reports for management review and action plan.
DS PWP/GWP
- Supervise promotional items and Special Projects such as PWP and GWP Items from allocation, SKU, and PO creation to Delivery.
- Coordinate with the suppliers regarding deliveries, pending orders, and other related issues to ensure timely delivery of promotional items.
- Monitor sales and inventory of promotional items to ensure all stocks are depleted in all SM branches.
- Handle consolidation and replenishments of PWP and GWP items with direct coordination with supplier and all SM branches.
- Provide technical support and other inquiries to customer service and other department of all SM branches relating to promotional items (PWP, GWP, and special projects).
VENDOR RELATIONS
- Ensure completeness of data/reports prior to presentation to Management.
OTHERS
- Provide back support to assist Senior Vice President of Merchandising in the fulfilment of tasks that needs to be attended to and other responsibilities as may be assigned to.
- Conduct merchandising orientation.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Can work independently and with minimum supervision.
- Adept in using MS Office applications.
