Job Description
Act as the point of contact IT technical support to users in an efficient manner, to solve basic IT related technical problems and provide support for all assigned areas. To ensure customer value is maintained to the standards set forth by the company.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer
- Assumes ownership of the tickets assigned to him/her
- Gather and analyze information about the user's issue and determines the fastest way to resolve the problem
- Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customer's expectations
- Prepare and submit perodic reports to immediate supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a Computer Science or any IT related course
- Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware, and other equipment
- With experience in using ticketing software
- With experience in customer service practices is a plus
- Experienced in documenting and creating user reference materials to enable self-help among users.
