Job Description
- Manage and lead the graphic design team, must be able to manage multiple deadlines and balance the team’s workload
- Interpret business needs to be able to develop concepts suitable for the company’s creative initiatives
- Able to innovate and redefine a design brief within cost and time constraints
- Able to work with a wide range of media, including digital banners and ads, social media posts, print, video and more
- Detail-oriented and able to proofread, produce and design high-quality work
- Work on layouts and art working pages for both print and online
Minimum Qualifications
- Has held a leadership role within a function or team, with a background in graphic design
- Has a strong and highly creative portfolio. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Photography
- Prior graphic design or multimedia artist experience is a must
- Prior experience in eCommerce marketing will be a bonus
- Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and with enthusiasm (verbal communication skills) in English and Filipino
- Ability to work in an environment that is fast-paced and constantly changing to achieve innovative solutions
- Ability to successfully engage and lead individual and team discussions and meetings
- Ability to work with other departments, understand their processes and their constraints
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
