Job Description
- Take charge of the coordination and serve as a point of contact for our training program participants
- Work with the Regional team to plan programs that will contribute to a greater learning culture
- Oversee the end to end coordination of L&D programs
- Be meticulous in managing our learning and development system, ensuring that all training information around the region is promptly and accurately updated
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
- Render and publish training content
- Interact with class participants, their managers, trainers, HR, and course instructors for program execution.
- Work with local and regional L&D in sending invites, reminders, and pre-course work via various systems
- Coordinate and organize class logistics such as training rooms, conference rooms, and video conferencing equipment and prepare and assemble all learning materials and supplies
- Request and/or procure supplies and equipment to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
- Manage, track, and weekly report of program costs and materials inventories.
- Track all classes and ensure 100% survey response rate from participants.
- Continuously review procedures and implement improvements with feedback to the People Team
- Monitor emerging learning trends and tools while assessing the viability of information into new and existing learning curriculum.
- Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information critical to fulfilling the organizations business functions
- Perform other similar and related duties as required or directed.

- Highly detail-oriented and organised, and is an efficient multi-tasker
- Able to manage stakeholders’ needs professionally while communicating effectively with them
- Enthusiastic team player, who is committed to contributing to the team and grow together with us
- Articulate individual who can convey thoughts and opinions clearly and effectively
- Positive and energetic outlook, able to motivate others
- Proficient in Google products
