Job Description
- Overall in-charge of category shop performance: Fulfillment rate, shipment rate, seller penalty points
- Identify, establish and implement operational efficiency projects / standards.
- Work closely with a team of Shop leads, Relationship Managers, Category Managers and Warehouse Managers
- At a more senior level, you would be given the responsibility of a category to manage where you are expected (together with a team) to optimize and drive operational efficiency, compliance, forecast planning, and support category growth
- Efficient stock and replenishment planning and ensure a continuous flow of inventory, avoiding black stocks
- Work closely with warehouse team to ensure inventory accuracy and all inventory are properly accounted for
- Weekly travel is required [between fulfilment center and Shopee head office]
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be willing to work or relocate to Calamba, Laguna
- Strong analytical acumen and ability to generate and evaluate analysis
- Superb business acumen with a desire to manage your own business
- Driven and motivated
- Previous management and leadership experience
- Experience with supply chain, warehouse or account management; experience in eCommerce is a plus
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
