Job Description
- Supervise work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure clean, orderly, and conducive workplace. Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and take corrective action. May purchase housekeeping supplies and equipment, take periodic inventories, screen applicants, train new employees, and recommend dismissals.
- Forecast, plan and manage all F&B processes: design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements. Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any Business course or equivalent
- Must have at least 1 to 3 years relevant working experience
