What does Slide Genius do?

Slidegenius is the premier global Presentation Design Agency with over 100+ employees. Our team of designers provides presentation design solutions to over 3,000 clients including Adidas, Reebok, Facebook, Blizzard, Delta Airlines, NASCAR, JP Morgan, and many more. We work with clients both big and small, providing us with new and exciting projects every day. In addition to PowerPoint, we offer a wide array of print services.

What the heck is a Workforce Manager?

The Workforce Manager will be responsible for ensuring the company and client goals are met by overseeing communication, coordination, and scheduling of the Project Management team through effective management, analysis, and monitoring of trends to ensure adequate staffing.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Improve work efficiency by forecasting staffing needs and taking a number of projects and headcount requirements into account.
  • Develop policies that impact the workforce positively and work with operational staff to ensure communication of these policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Setting performance goals for the team employees so that project goals are met.
  • Create and manage staff schedules on a day-to-day and hour-to-hour basis to help deal with the expected volume of projects.
  • Coordinates numerous programs designed to improve the productivity of the team, and employees, including training, talent acquisition, and performance evaluation.
  • Assist Project Managers with QC tracking and management.
  • Work with other department heads to create an interactive communication system that promotes openness and minimizes workplace conflicts.
  • Providing important reports related to workforce management.
  • Regularly audits Workforce operations to ensure the quality of service delivery.
  • Contribute effectively to the team to ensure that efforts are aligned toward achieving team goals.
  • Understands team members’ engagement and motivation, works to retain employees.
  • Maintains a positive work environment.

Minimum Qualifications

We ask that our applicants meet the majority of the following prerequisites:

Education and Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or Business Administration or other related courses.
  • With at least 5 to 7+ years of related experience in a workforce management role.
  • A strong experience in multiple workforce management tools is highly desirable.
  • Has significant years of experience in leadership, supervising staff, and analyzing productivity.
  • Preferably someone who has experience working in a multi-site, multi-client, or BPO environment.
  • A confident, natural leader and problem solver with demonstrated critical thinking and collaboration skills.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Must possess effective organizational skills and time management skills.
  • Has a strong command of the English language and good communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills at both individual and team levels.
  • Able to manage multiple, complex, ongoing tasks and projects.
  • Must have the ability to plan, organize, and schedule workflow to meet project deadlines.
  • Possesses a collaborative working style and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Must be familiar with different kinds of workforce management and timekeeping programs such as Workbrain, Workforce Software, ADP eTime, etc.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
  • Must have excellent presentation and analytical skills.
