Scope of Work
1) Provide technical support for SMART and SUN services
2) Subscribers' complaints handling and service management
3) Other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering.
- Licensed ECE
- Basic knowledge in mobile telecommunication, computer literate, good oral and written communication
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Work Location will be in 5 SMART LEC Bldg., Filipinas Avenue, UPS5, Paranaque City
