Job Description
The HR and Admin Specialist oversees the overall human resources spectrum (Recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, employee welfare, and payroll management). He/she will also handle administrative works for the company,
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or any related field
- Preferred candidates with at least 2 years work experience specializing in HR or equivalent
- Strong in Recruitment, Compensation Benefits, Payroll and Employee Relations
- Well versed in Government statutory rulings and requirements
- Detail oriented, organized and able to meet tight deadlines
- Team player and keen to details
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Willing to work in Paranaque City
