Job Description
- Remove viruses, spyware, and malware.
- Install and replace defective computer hardware.
- Installation of Operating System (Windows XP, Vista, and 7), Microsoft Office and antivirus.
- Perform windows update/system update.
- Install and upgrade computer memory, hard disk, video adapter, printer, network printer, external floppy drive, and print server.
- Monitor laptop consumables of Executives (battery packs)
- Monitor projectors and new computers.
- Perform firmware update of printers.
- Installation of Network cable (UTP cable termination)
- Monitor the IP Address and passwords of each network devices.
- Answer users query regarding their problem on their computer and give instruction through the phone to troubleshoot minor problems.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor/College
- Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required languages: English, Filipino
- Required Skills: Microsoft Windows, Visual Basic, Oracle, MS Office, MS SQL Server, UNIX.
- Knowledge in Web Developer
