Job Description
- As a producer, they are responsible for taking projects from clients and internally, and developing the concept and treatment alongside the Creative Director. During this conceptualization phase, the producer needs to be able to list out objectively, the logistical and creative requirements.
- This may include, but are not limited to:
- Required talents
- Additional Creative Solutions
- Additional Manpower
- Creative requirements
- The Projects department is responsible for coordinating with the Producer in making sure that all the requirements of the projects are met with the purpose of completing the project to Rumble Royale and/or the client’s specifications. The projects department will also consult with the Producer in concerns relating to scheduling.
- As a producer, and with the context of a multi-output project, they are responsible for ensuring the consistency and quality of work throughout all the deliverables. They are also responsible for the consistent application of the terms agreed upon in the project contracts.
- Based on targets given, projects generated by the producer should be generating ample amounts of revenue for Rumble Royale.
- Producers are also in charge of creating and developing brand new video IPs (intellectual properties) for use by Rumble Royale.
- They are also responsible for choosing and supervising the team that will work on the project; ensuring that their tasks are being met according to their standards, as well as the standards owed to Rumble Royale and their clients. This includes choosing and supervising the following:
- Director
- Cinematographer
- Grip and Electric departments
- Photographer
- Sound Engineer
- Editor Etc.
- The Director must have an extensive and tenured understanding of the full production process, from pre-production, production, and post-production. They must also have a familiarity with all the programs and techniques used within the Rumble Royale team for producing videos.
- This does not mean that they need to be experts at each of the programs/processes, more that they need to know the scope and limitations of each so that they may fully utilize the resources available within Rumble Royale. They must also develop an understanding of the culture and community of Rumble Royale to better serve the audiences that are the pillars of this company’s success.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the Creative Field in an agency, production or corporate setting
- Experience in creating creating, conceptualizing and executing new products, overseeing development and production while being on time and within allocated budget
- Experience in creating integrated content across digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline, and print channels
