Accounting Associate  

This position is primarily responsible for consolidating and ensuring correctness of entries in Journal and General Ledger. Mainly responsible for recording and analyzing Sale and Accounts Receivable, prepare journal entries for fixed assets. Do bank reconciliation for all RR depository banks.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

General Accounting (Bookkeeping)

• Checks correctness of entries to General Ledger before posting.
• Performs closing of Books (A/R, A/P, PO, Inventory, GL).
• Ensure consolidated expense and income reports for different departments and analyze the given financial information.
• Issue invoices to customers based on services rendered and/or goods sold.

Risk Management and Control

• Prepares bank reconciliation for RR depository banks.
• Uploads tax data from system.
• Prepares returns and files electronically.
• Prepares creditable withholding tax certificate for suppliers
• Inventory Reconciliation – Reconciles total inventory cost per physical count vs. total cost per books.

Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Education and Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS in Accountancy or any related course.
• CPA Licensed is a Plus.
• At least 2 years experience in corporate finance and accounting in Digital Marketing and likes.
