Job Description
- Overall company management – strategy and brand marketing, finances, human resources, IT, operations and logistics management.
- Leads the employees to achieve the company’s goals and objectives
- Drive healthy fiscal management and control of the annual, quarterly and monthly plans and implementation
- Develop strategic plans to grow the company's brands and win in the marketplace
- Develop relationships with clients for new business opportunities
- Lead sustainable human resource development: staffing and talent acquisition, people development, employee relations, and payroll effectiveness.
- Report to the head office and support functional line managers to implement policies, standards and performance evaluations in all aspects such as production, academic quality assurance, IT management and expansion projects.
- Ensures that the organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and codes of best business practices
- Steer the overall management efficiency to maximize productivity and results.
- Represents the company in major dealings with clients, other offices, government agencies
- Ensures that operational standards are consistently performed and implemented in all retail stations.
- Monitor and manage work performance of all employees.
- Propose appropriate programs to initiate/increase sales volume.
- Manage and timely submit reports to the board of directors.
- Reviews the internal systems and processes to ensure resource and operational efficiency.
- Creates and suggests better processes for smoother operations.
- Perform all other related tasks as may be required by the board of directors.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration/ Business Management/ Marketing/ Economics or equivalent.
- At least 5-8 years of work experience in the field of marketing, retail operations, and performance management.
- At least 2 years experience as General Manager
- Willing to lead and grow a SME
- Extensive experience in strategic planning and development, operational management and improvement, financial analysis and forecasting, people management and development.
- Should have excellent communication skills and corporate ethics.
- Excellent leadership, time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, analytical, results-focused and proactive in work approach
- Must have good intrapersonal skills to sustain good coordination with different departments
- With deep sense of professionalism and work ethics
- Possesses the right attitude and has passion towards the fashion retail industry
