Job Description
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Time: 8:30am to 5:30pm
- In charge of entering all the data into different computer databases
- Manage and maintain effective record keeping, organizing files to collect information for future use
- Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
- Establishes entry priorities
- Processes source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies
- Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes
- Protects operations by keeping information confidential
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Organization skills
- Quick typing skills
- Attention to detail
- Computer savvy (Must be well versed in MS Office and knows how to use keyboard shortcuts)
