- Train and apply learnings regarding handling client's concerns and servicing
- Support and engage on team's initiatives and path to grow in the industry
- To be equipped with skills and knowledge that are required to accomplish all tasks under the company-prescribed practices.
- Set personal and help in team's targets that are achievable and at par with the company standards.
- Attend Unit, Sales Team, Branch, Cluster, Territory, Company, and Industry activities.
- Monitor daily activities and performance.
- Establish alternative courses of action for self and the branch manager to ensure the efficiency of work.
- Convey information and ideas through variety of media to various individuals or groups in a clear and concise manner
- Preferably a graduate of courses related to Business, Accounting or Finance
- At least 1-year experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
- Must be trainable and coachable
- With good oral and written communication skills
