Training Specialist | Ortigas Area (AY)  

The TRAINING SPECIALIST is responsible for optimally managing, developing and conducting training deliverables for the company and be up to speed with all the key training necessities surrounding this role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Keep up with developments in an area of expertise by reading current journals, books, and magazine articles.
• Present information, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures.
• Schedule classes based on the availability of classrooms, equipment, and instructors.
• Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.
• Coordinate the recruitment and placement of training program participants.
• Evaluate training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, and handouts.
• Assist with the screening, hiring, and assigning of employees to a position based on qualifications.
• Design, plan, organize and direct orientation and training for employees or customers.
• Negotiate contracts with clients, including desired training outcomes, fees, and expenses.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in conducting Comms & Product Training and Quality Assurance.
• Above average written and communication skills
• Facilitation certification an advantage
• Has the initiative to propose training strategies depending on analyzed needs.
• Capable to execute functions with less supervision.
• Well versed in cross-functional coordination with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge in consultative sales and other sales approaches and concepts is a MUST.
• Background in Distribution Channel processes including sales, logistics, inventory, customer service, and back office support preferred.
• An experience in quality processes is a plus.
• Can perform a Sales Coach and Quality Analyst role whenever there are no training classes.
