Job Description

Purpose of this position:

As a HRBP Manager Role, you will support Philippines office nearly 200 people, need to work night shift from 10pm-7am or 11pm-8am, cover all BP responsibility including but not limit to items as below.

Major responsibilities:

  1. Proactively provide HR support from all aspects: recruiting, employee relations, reward and retention, talent management & development, performance management, company culture, be able to develop effective and deliver efficient results.
  2. Drive engagement and productivity via HR programs, such as reward retention plan, incentive plan, internal communication, employee relations.
  3. Partner alongside the management team to provide HR support to optimize people, structure, processes and culture with the goal of achieving business results.
  4. Implement HR policies and processes to ensure they are effective and compliance, and aligned to business and organizational goals.
  5. Manage headcount cost, people and office cost and resources.
  6. HR and office administration across the region, including contracts, new employee on-boarding, salary bench-marking, and employment law compliance.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or above, with at least 4 years of experience in HR full function, preferable 2 years’ management experiences;
  • Business acumen, be able to identify the key business needs, partner with managers to proactively develop and implement total HR solutions in order to achieve business goals and deliver results.
  • Strong in recruiting, ER, talent & performance management, cultural, employer branding, strong learning ability, and adaptability; Familiar with relevant labor law and practices and regulations;
  • Strong leadership, big-picture thinker and innovative thinking, intelligent, progressive and proactive;
  • Responsibility, be able to independently solve complex human resources and personnel management problems, and good at integrating resources to achieve goals;
  • Working schedule: night shift at least 4 times per week.
