Job Description

We are looking for a Finance and Operations Analyst who will be supporting our Accounts Team in all aspects of the Financial Management including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger and Cash Management. This will be for an internal role that will work closely with Accounts team to prepare accurate and compliant financial data for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing efficient general accounting and clerical assistance to all company departments
  • Responsible for daily financial operations, such as AR, AP, Petty cash
  • Monitor petty cash and bank account balances in timely manner
  • Respond to finance queries and ensures accuracy in execution of closing tasks
  • Resolve financial disputes raised by clients
  • Track procurement orders and invoices
  • Ensure that all daily accounting and procurement transactions are accurately recorded in a systematic manner into our system
  • Supporting executives with projects and tasks when required
  • Perform other duties and functions as may be required
  • Other ad-hoc administration tasks

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must have 3-4 years work experience; BPO industry working experience would be an advantage
  • A relevant Certificate or tertiary qualification, such as Accounting or Finance
  • Knowledge of with Xero (Accounting tool) is a plus
  • Objective in reviewing and comparing data from a variety of sources
  • With previous experience on related field is an advantage
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage deadlines
  • Can work in a fast paced dynamic environment
  • Must be keen to details and is highly organised
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
