Job Description
Primarily responsible for providing support sourcing and screening of job candidates who are best fit for the job at the right time in accordance with the job specifications to achieve client’s expectations and organizational goals.
- Reviews endorsed candidates to determine if competency (skill set, knowledge, work experience and attitude) meet the qualification standards;
- Conducts initial interview of candidates using competitive methods such as the “behavioral event interview” and others and prepares evaluation report;
- Coordinates with the company’s Psychometrician for exam and assessment; and
- Endorses screened candidates to TAO for further evaluation and assessment.
- Conducts sourcing activities to fill in required manpower request through various recruitment channels, if necessary.
- Recommends possible recruitment and criteria activities aimed to meet expected performance deliverables.
- Utilizes innovative M&E tools, models, systems, and approaches, in collaboration with the Office of Strategic Management (OSM), to ensure effective monitoring and evaluation of recruitment activities to ensure achievement of client’s expectations and organizational goals; and
- Establishes closer collaboration with the OSM for the development, implementation, review, and updating of high-impact M&E Plan that measures the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and activities.
- Reviews and recommends approval of reports and other related documents;
- Prepares a checklist of parameters to be measured including performance indicators;
- Complies and submits all required documents and reports within the prescribed timeframe.
- Complies with all pertinent policies.
- Performs other functions as may be directed by the Immediate Superior.
Minimum Qualifications
- EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Psychology, or its equivalent
- WORK EXPERIENCE: At least three (3) years relevant experience
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
