● Lead, motivate, and support members of HUB ops team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for all direct reports and problem resolution
● Manage data collection for updating operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per customer, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
● Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary services (scan, spa, and BB fulfillment) and control via system
● Work closely with legal and finance to ensure that activities remain compliant
● Oversee materials and inventory for all BU Skin attributes
● Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to user / VP Commercial
Minimum Qualifications
● Leadership ability & excellent communication skills.
● Two or more years of work experience as an operations manager or strong background in people management in the beauty & wellness clinic, FMCG or retail industry
● Strong budget development and oversight skills.
● Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of hub operations and customer service.
