Job Description
- Craft in-app microcopy (descriptions, instructions, call to actions, error messages, etc) to help users understand and navigate the app
- Coordinate with UX Designers to create product microcopy
- Ensure content are clear and concise across multiple touchpoints
- Optimize product content and app navigations
- Maintain and organize content guidelines, standards, and workflows
- Align with UI designers, engineer team, and other key stakeholders
- Review and analyze existing content to focus on reuse opportunities
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Product Design, Journalism, or related fields
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in copywriting or UX Writing for web / mobile products
- Prior work experience in the healthcare industry
- High-quality content for application UI
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Works well with cross-functional teams
- Works well under tight deadlines
- Portfolio of writing samples
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa
