Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
- Aggregating and analyzing risk events reported by the business units into the Basel 2 categories
- Performing a monthly reconciliation between the risk events reported to the Risk and Compliance department
- Identifying key risk indicators and mitigating controls in their business units in business units
- Analyzing identified trends in the key risk indicators reported to Risk Management
- Assisting the Risk and Compliance Manager: Operational Risk in preparing reports to the Operational Risk Forum, Risk Committee, Senior Management and Audit
Minimum Qualifications
What Skills We’re Looking For
- Minimum bachelor degree in Informatics System, Industrial Engineering, or Legal
- Relevant exposure in Financial Technology or banking is mandatory
- Relevant exposure in an operational risk environment is desirable
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking
- Collaborative team-oriented personality
- Strong organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-moving and pressurized environment
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude who can anticipate the needs of stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task and manage time well
- Strong aptitude to learning new skills and conducting research
- Strong oral/written communication, research, and critical thinking skills
