Talent Acquisition and Development Officer  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Serve as a primary recruiter for all Company hiring needs (employment and internship).
2. Ensure effective life-cycle in recruitment process such as candidate sourcing, selection, offers, orientation and onboarding.
3. Work collaboratively with supervisor and user to understand business objectives and candidate requirements for open positions.
4. Facilitate successful onboarding for new employees.
5. Facilitate development programs for employees that improve individual and employee engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, hr management, or other field
2. Two years experience in Human Resources Recruitment & Employee Development
3. In depth knowledge of best practices and latest trends and benchmark data in talent acquisition and learning & development
4. Having successful track record in talent acquisition and development
5. Must have excellent analytical, organizational, verbal, written, and communication skills.
6. Maintain and build relationships with employees at all levels
7. Familiar with IT Software Terms, such as programming language, collaboration tools etc.

COMPETENCIES

1. Excellent relationship building, influencing, consultative and facilitation skills
2. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have proven ability to modify communication/style/approach based on audience
3. Strong project and change management skills including experience managing multiple projects
4. Experience in using Job Portal, Website App for talent sourcing required
5. Ability to work in fast-paced and demanding environment with numerous concurrent projects; efficient multi-tasking skills are essential (this is must have competency)
