Job Description
INTERNSHIP TASK OUTLINE (Duties & Responsibilities):
Talent Acquisition
1. Scheduling of candidates for interview
2. Prepare and conduct pre-employment examinations
- Encoding of candidate information
- Participate in career/job fairs
- Sit-in during interviews (rank & file positions)
- Prepare pre-employment requirements
- Conduct background check (rank & file positions)
Learning and Organizational Development
- Conduct research of training programs and providers
- Conduct research of employee competencies
- Assist in Training logistics
- Facilitate the “Getting to Know” part of the New Employee Orientation
- Encoding of Training Evaluation
Shared Services
1. Processing of company benefits
2. Processing of government benefits
3. Assistance in timekeeping
4. Government rules / regularization
Minimum Qualifications
- Taking up any Business Course/Psychology (Businesss Administration, Psychology, Human Resources)
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office
