Job Description
A. Job Description
- Organize material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology
- Maintain records and files of work and revisions
- Edit, standardize, or make changes to material prepared by other writers or personnel.
- Confer with stakeholders to establish technical specifications and to determine subject material to be developed for publication.
- Review published materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, content, and methods of reproduction and binding.
- Select photographs, drawings, sketches, diagrams, and charts to illustrate material.
- Interview process owners and performers and read journals and other material to become familiar with process manuals to be documented.
- Observe actual activities to determine operating procedure and detail.
- Arrange for typing, duplication, and distribution of material.
- Assist in laying out material for publication.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Journalism, Business Management, Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Must have above average English communication skills (oral and written).
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Must have background in Business or HR process.
- Preferably with experience in Industrial/Manufacturing/BPO in process writing.
- Willing to do fieldworks.
Training/Skills Requirement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical writing skills
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Highly resilient and can work under pressure
- Can work with minimum supervision
