Job Description
To develop and create sales and marketing plan for the hospitality operation – The PARK – which include and not limited to promotional and activity plans (remotely and on site), create room rates, group reservations, regular update and report on sales and marketing activities, while also ensuring quality of service is emphasize with similar importance to achieving financial goals all throughout from selling and promotion process to product end users.
Responsibilities:
- Checking that sales target are met if not monthly, but quarterly, semi-annual, or yearly.
- Provide calendar of events and develop marketing plans accordingly
- Visit corporate clients and assist them during actual events at the resort
- Regular update on bookings and reservations to the resort and person in charge of Reservation
- Regular monitoring of the calendar of events and planning ahead (3 months period) for sales and marketing purposes
- Get feedback from each visiting clients about the overall experience at the resort and provide necessary actions to retain strong guest/customer relation.
- Create monthly general list of feedback
- Monthly report on sales and marketing statistics and provide analysis.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years experience related to sales and marketing preferably in hotel business
- Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
