Job Description

  • Customer Support provides customer service in English
  • Essential duties listed on a Customer Support are taking phone calls, answering customer inquiries, solving customer issues, and reporting to managers.

  • Work with customers who are requesting lab work sent to their home or office by providing booking assistance and pricing in Spanish and English.
  • Accurately log all customer bookings, tests, location, and payment.
  • Timely escalation of any concerns raised by the customer to the operations team.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be fluent in conversational Spanish and English.
  • Dedication To Helping People - our whole company mission is to get people the data they desperately need
  • Flexibility - exact responsibilities may change week to week, so flexibility is important
  • With a background in basic knowledge in health sciences, medical technology, clinical chemistry, laboratory science, or clinical research
  • Analytical, organized, and systematic
  • Process-oriented and follow strict timelines
  • Able to work with very minimal supervision (With provisions for home-based work)
  • Must be a good team player, teachable, and willing to learn
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Must have a genuine sense of curiosity, being able to determine and ask the next questions that may arise from the analysis of new information.
  • Open to working in a startup environment
  • Basic WFH Equipment Requirements:
  • Laptop or desktop computer that can run web browsing, spreadsheet, and communication software
  • Intel i3 or AMD Ryzen 1300 processor (or equivalent)
  • 4GB RAM
  • Stable internet connection, preferably at least 5Mbps
  • Earphones/Headset with noise-canceling mic, and a quiet working environment
