Job Description
The position is primarily responsible for overseeing architectural and engineering projects of the President and CEO. The position is also tasked to plan, organize and conduct preventive maintenance of facilities and equipment.
- Conducts ocular survey on the property plan for construction and project development
- Conducts project site inspection to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design
- specifications and safety standards
- Meets with Project team regularly (Architect, Engineers & Surveyors) to monitor development
- and progress of project
- Conducts Facilities Condition Assessment/Building Audits
- Coordinates with Contractor on work schedule for repair, maintenance, remodel, safety
- inspection,etc.
- Assists on the inspection and assessment, during move-in/move-out of tenant
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), in Architecture, Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Candidate must be willing to be assigned in Makati, and to do field work
- Full-Time position available.
