Job Description

  • Assist in promotional strategies and other marketing related activities
  • Manage marketing and media event budgets and arrange preparatory meetings for trade shows and other marketing related events
  • Complete sales-related and marketing administrative projects, that include running marketing and sales reports, conducting research on company and other assignments in database.
  • Assist in writing and editing sales and marketing materials
  • Prepare invites, event agendas, track payments or refunds and registration forms for events
  • Maintain project tracking spreadsheets and business time marketing calendars
  • Prepare pre and post reports on events and trade shows including event announcements and press releases with photos and copies
  • Provide administrative aid for various projects related to the market, which includes project meeting schedules, minutes of a meeting, transcribe notes and compose memos
  • Provide assistance in terms of logistics to events like seminars and trade shows
  • Provide personal and administrative support to superior/s, which includes running errands, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing appointments and agendas.
  • Helps develop, oversees, and implements all promotional campaigns and works toward meeting the goals and targets of the brand.
  • Helps implement brand content and campaigns for the company and partner brands and ensure the success of such campaigns.
  • Helps communicate promotional campaigns to the concerned internal departments.
  • Engages with customer service requests, as needed.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and other vendor partners whenever necessary
  • Other duties or special projects that may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Management, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Advertising or any equivalent course.
  • At least one (1) year experience in Events Coordination, End-to-End Events creation.
  • Experience in sales and brand management is an advantage.
  • Digital content production and Digital Marketing (Writing and strategies)
  • Multi-tasking, flexible and willing to extend working hours to finish deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of current marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven.
  • Passionate in the marketing field.
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
  • Able to adapt in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Able to perform Project Management.
