Job Description
- Organize and ensure implementation the Philippine Red Cross community-based and school-based programs
- Partner with the Philippine Red Cross Staff, Volunteers, Chapter Administrators, Project Officers, Community Representatives, and Local Government Units during the implementation of the project
- Ensure that the volunteers involved in the project are managed in line with the core values of PRC and their sustainability
- Develop and implement sustainable engagement strategies for the community, volunteers, and project partners
- Establish coordination links at the barangay at the barangay/school level for project partnership
- Assist the Chapter Project Coordinator in the preparation of plan and budget for community works/activities to be undertaken by the project
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Development Studies or related courses.
- At least 1 year experience in program/project management in similar developmental setting.
- Preferably with experience as a Philippine Red Cross staff member or volunteer.
- Working knowledge and background in public health, community development, and project management.
- Engagement with local or international non-government organizations is an advantage.
