Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
A. Managerial:
- Planning - Maintain system of monitoring local and global development affecting the fertilizer industry.
- Controlling - Development and maintain timely monitoring of projects, industry development.
- Leading - Provide direction coordination and priorities of activities. Maintain an effective communication and enhance the professional growth of employees.
- Organizing - Develop and maintain an efficient system and procedures in the department. Build-up information base.
B. Operating:
- Prepare Business Plan
- Conduct studies related to new ventures
- Evaluate capital expenditure projects
- Monitoring of development in the industry
- Monitoring of on-going projects
- Conduct studies making the present products competitive
- Conduct studies related to envi/ sabel leyte operations on mental aspects at Isabel Operations.
Minimum Qualifications
Job Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: BS Economics/ BS Finance/ Any Engineering Course.
- Excellent in communication skills, proficient in microsoft applications (excel, words, powerpoint, etc.)
- Excellent analytical skills, resourceful and with initiative.

The Company was established on June 6, 1980. The Philphos plant complex is among the largest phosphatic fertilizer plants in the world. The complex covers an area of 180 hectares within the 435-hectare Leyte Industrial Development Estate (LIDE) in Isabel, Leyte, Philippines.
The company has four main processing plants, the Sulfuric Acid Plant, Ammonium Suphate Plant, Phosphoric Acid Plant and Granulation Plant.
