1. Supports the Training Team in terms of data extraction and summarizing.
2. Gather market information and maintain databases for internal use.
3. Assist and collaborate with the Training Officers/Supervisor and Training Manager in designing, planning, organizing, and execution of Training Programs.
4. Able to create, obtain, organize, or develop training guides or course materials, such as learning one pagers and visual materials.
5. Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
1. Fresh Graduates;
2. Graduate of Business Management, Math & Statistic, Communication Arts, Education or other related courses;
3. Excellent Communication skills (written and oral);
4. Proficiency and Technical Skills in Microsoft Office applications;
5. With a working knowledge of data and statistical software packages.
