Project Manager | Hybrid  

About the Role:

To define, drive and develop projects aligned to strategic goals of the company, develop core capabilities that support business transformation, oversee and assist with the governance of the projects and coordinate implementation across the company in relation to its objectives.

You will have the opportunity to propose projects needed for the transformation of the business, research and analyze and propose solutions, manage different stakeholders at different levels and ensure execution and turnover.

What You'll Do:

Project Planning and Organization Support:

• Supporting the company’s transformation agenda by providing structure, organization and consistency throughout the project duration
• Analysing business requirements with the help of Senior Management to support the company objectives
• Determining timelines, activities and other requirements to meet project objectives.
• Identification of high level risks, assumptions, constraints and key stakeholders for planning
• Determining the organizational value and prioritization of different projects with the help of Senior Management
• Project Integration and Execution:
• High level management of required integrations and stakeholder engagement and management
• Risk management. Coordinate the issues to be solved and decisions to be taken
• Development of and implementation of suggested approaches in order to face improvement opportunities
• Communication and agreements with internal/external customers
• Provide high level of data analytics and setting of data requirements, steering research work, data gathering, and interpretation to meet set objectives
• Follow through with initiatives set

Project Monitoring and Controlling:

• Monitoring timeliness and dependencies of all ongoing and upcoming projects
• Manage budgetary requirements
• Overseeing quality management for project outputs and deliverables
• Documentation and Reporting:
• To perform high level key communications project documentation
• To develop and deliver project reports to different level

Management:

• Resource management on project work and/or research related tasks under transformation department
• Delegate tasks to Project Coordinators

What You'll Bring:

• At least 4-5 years of working experience in Project Management or in a similar field
• Knowledgeable in Business and Data Analytics
• Ability to be flexible, prioritize important tasks and able to work well under pressure
• Good multitasking skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solver
• Proficient in English and Filipino
• Strong initiative, ability to anticipate issues proactively
• Team player, teachable, reliable and hard worker
• Excellent and advanced MS Office and GSuite Apps Skills
• Knowledge of using online tools to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge in process mapping and budgeting
