Job Description
- Coordinate and work together with CE Team for constructiong process flow and SOP and ensure the BAU is aligned
- Update SOP for the new/changes in CE Operations business process
- Create QA checklist and testing guidelines
- Perform testing for CE OPS related team spesifications and quality of deliverables based on the QA checklist and ensure timely and valid checking result
- Follow up to respective teams for WA result for any findings or improvement required
- Perform risk assesment to avoid any Opreational Loss
- Create and propose recommention for process improvement for any QA findings
- Liase with Business Process & Trainer Staff for any update related to SOP and business process and prepare socialization materials
- Communicate the recommendation to CE respective team for new business process and improvement
- Perform tracking, documentation and reporting of the QA result and process improvement
Minimum Qualifications
- S1 or Bachelor's Degree
- 1-3 years experience in Quality Assurance. Have knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
- Fast learner, can work under pressure and successfully meet deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills and soft skills
- Competence in Excel, Ms. Word and database management
- Attention to details, analytical problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices
