Job Description
- Conduct sample testing for incoming raw materials of the fuels and based oil.
- Inform his superior through texting the test results of the incoming raw materials.
- Record the test results of the incoming raw materials both fuels and based oil
- Conduct sample testing for the outgoing products of fuel and lubricants
- Inform his superior to the rest results of the outgoing products lubricants
- Record the test results of the outgoing product of fuels
- Prepare Certificate of Analysis of the outgoing product of fuels
- Conduct testing the retain sample of outgoing products
- Responsible in keeping the retain sample in completeness of date, batch no. and product name
- Responsible in disposing the due retain samples
- Prepare and test the blending formulation assign to the Lab. Analyst
- Prepare fuel sample as requested by Sales Department
- Monitor and request the laboratory materials such as solvents, oil bath, rugs, and etc.
- Monitor and request the office supplies for Laboratory Department
- Responsible for cleaning the used laboratory apparatus and instruments
- Responsible in cleaning the laboratory area
- Assign as the controller and to issue the FDS stickers and drum seal
- Accountable in any damages may occur in the laboratory equipment and laboratory apparatus
- Other task may be assign from time to time by immediate superior
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Can operate Laboratory instruments
- Experience in production and manufacturing surrounding.
- Can work multi-tasking and less supervision.
