Job Description
Key tasks include:
- Assisting with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties
- Recruitment/Sourcing and Onboarding
- Will assist the department with clerical work such as consolidating data and preparing reports
- Assist in filing, sorting, and organizing financial and legal documents
- Monitor compliance in the submission of 201 files
- Compile, organize, and update employee records
Other tasks include:
- Company event planning and execution
- Corporate communications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently taking up Bachelor's degree in Psychology
- Tech savvy; Experience in using online project management applications preferre
- Currently taking up Psychology, Business Administration, or others related to these courses
- Result and detail oriented
- High level of computer proficiency
- High comfort level in using MS Excel, PPT or equivalent Google programs (GSlides, GSheets, etc.)
- Problem-solving skills
- Extremely self-motivated, organized, and responsible
- Above average communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willing to work in Makati City
